It has been drawn to a conclusion to verify which music track will be remixed as an addition on the CD single of "Suteki Da Ne," Final Fantasy X's theme. In accord to the voting results in Square's PlayOnline survey, "Aerith's Theme" was a definite winner with a grand total of 1794 votes. The runner-up "You're Not Alone" of Final Fantasy IX, only had about a third of the votes for "Aerith's Theme." Other less notable music tracks include "Battle With Gilgamesh" from FFV with 309 votes, and "Aria de Mezzo Caraterre" from FFVI with 283 votes. "Aerith's Theme," a proud winning candidate will be given new orchestration and lyrics, to be sung by "Suteki Da Ne's vocalist Rikki. Furthermore, the CD single will also consist of an original track from Rikki titled "Utikisama," with a translated title of "The Moon." The CD single is most likely to be released on the due date of Final Fantasy X on July 19, 2001.
